Karim Medouri Abdelkrim (né le 21 juillet 1984) alias Karim el Gang est un rappeur algérien originaire de la ville de Souk-Ahras en Algérie. Il compose, chante et se produit. A l’âge de quinze ans Karim fait son début dans le milieu hip-hop au sein d’une bande de jeunes passionné par le Rap citant Lame, Yacine, Lucio Od, Crazy et Dj Gabs, Karim était très influencé par son cousin Yazid Tnt23, ce dernier l’a invité à faire ses armes dans le milieu edu rap. En 2002 Karim rencontre Smail Hood Killer et apparait sur scène au festival national du Rap à Annaba avec Smail Hood Killer. Après ce festival, il devient l’ado fétiche de Smail Hood Killer qui lui propose de produire son premier album. En 2004, ce sera chose faite et Karim enregistre au studio Barbess pour enregistrer FACH’HADOU (Témoignez) avec ses complices Yazid Tnt23, Smail HK, Crazy, Double l, Cheb Nadjib et Dj Frank qui lui fera la composition. 2 titres le font connaître auprès du public (Adi fi biladi, Rak libre). Juin 2005 l’album voit le jour aux l’édition SKS et est commercialisé. avec succès. Il fera la même année une scène en Tunisie.Il n’en reste pas là et enregistre et fait graver un deuxième album en duo avec Smail HK sous le label Orphie qui portera le nom de « Mayna ». En 2007 Karim et Smail HK forment le secteur Les soldats de l’Est et enregistrent le 3ème album intitulé « Avertissement ».
